Exercise new medicine to reduce blood pressure

Exercise new 'medicine' to reduce blood pressure

London: Experts have shown an interesting indication that if blood pressure patient exercises exercise, swimming, weight loss or walking habits, it has the same effect as medicine. However, experts have said that they do not stop eating exercises as well as supplements.

Hussein Naqi and his colleagues of the London School of Economics underscored a study of 194 study effects and 197 surveys of special exercises, which included 40,000 people overall. However, exercise of anti versus exercise was not considered to treat blood pressure.
Experts found that some blood pressure patients like psychic and weight loss have the same effects as medicine-exercise exercise itself. However, it is for those whose blood pressure is more than usual. Exercise cycles, pedestrians, weight loss and swimming work reduce blood pressure.
However, experts say that this positive report does not mean that medicines should be left, but medication continues to be exercised as well as medication.
