Vegetable vegetables are the best protector of the liver


Sweden: Experts say green-green vegetables are the best protector of liver because they contain large amounts of nitrate that gives strength to the heart, on the other hand, a common liver disease, but also the most commonly known as liver disease. Fatty helps keep the liver away.




Nitrates in vegetable such as spinach, salad and flower cabbage contain sufficient amounts of medical benefits. In this disease the fat begins to accumulate in the liver, and often causes many problems, including mild death.
The number of adult people around the world, including Pakistan, is victim of 'NAFL' and only 30 to 40% of people in the US are suffering from this condition. This disease may also be related to obesity and uncomfortable metabolic conditions. It is still only cure and caution because the NAFLD's severe cures include liver fibros and syrus that are known.




Scientists at the Carolinska Institute of Sweden, after researching the nitrite present in green beverages, have said that its regular use can reduce the fat in the liver significantly.
Experts conducted experiments on three mice groups, the first group was given food regularly, the other group was filled with fatigue and the third group was full of fatty greens, along with nitrate supplements.

The result was that whenever the fat and fatty foods were given nitrate, all the fat (markers) in their liver began to decrease. In addition, blood pressure improved in mice and improved the sensitivity of insulin, which is a better condition.

The next phase will be further research on this subject and its effects will be found on humans..
